We had luck on our side when we bought our first property in London through McKee & Co. After seeing hundreds of properties for sale via Zoopla and Rightmove and speaking to dozens of agents it was a breath of fresh air to deal with David. Not only is he a genuinely decent man, unlike many others in the London property field but he also a great track record of being quick to respond, honest and reliable. Being first time buyers he gave us all the needed guidance which made the process very smooth and painless.
David proved himself again when we were selling this same property to upgrade. After initially listing it with a much larger, well known agent but receiving poor customer service and hardly any results, it was decided that David should be given a chance. We could hardly believe that a smaller agency such as McKee can bring so many more visitors to the property, have several buyers and eventually sell it at the asking price, while two other much bigger companies didn't seem as motivated.
